About our collection services

It’s like your very own return point at home!

Our collection service is the easiest and safest way to Return And Earn.

Simply complete the form and when you click submit you will be taken to our subscription page. It’s $40 per year to subscribe to our service and a One Off setup fee of $60* which covers our software, bin maintenance and other costs to provide our service.

Within 14 days a bin will be dropped to your address and you can book collections using our portal.

*Setup Fee is Non-Refundable

You agree to pay an annual subscription fee of $40.00 for our collection services. Once you click submit you will be taken to the PayPal payment page. *

You agree that once you have subscribed to the service you will make a payment of $60 as a once off setup fee on the Red Frog Recycling Website and that a bin will be provided within 14 days of Red Frog Recycling receiving payment of both the subscription and setup fees for it. *

You agree that any bin(s) supplied by Red Frog Recycling are NOT owned by yourself and the setup payment is for associated costs of delivering an empty bin and other processes required for your account generation. *

You agree to allow any employee of Red Frog Recycling access to your property at anytime to collect the bin and or containers left for collection. *

You agree that if a wheelie bin issued to your property by Red Frog Recycling becomes lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, that you will reimburse Red Frog Recycling $80 + GST being the full cost to replace such bin. *

You agree that if more than 20% of the containers in any one bag or bin are ineligible the entire bag/bin will be disposed of and no refund for that bag/bin will be paid. You can search eligible containers on the EPA website: https://cds.epa.nsw.gov.au/CDSContainerSearchPage. *

SPECIAL SERVICE CONDITIONS |-| 1-You understand that the setup payment is a one off charge and and is separate from the Annual Access Fee. 2-You DO NOT own the bin and it is to be used solely for the collection of containers by Red Frog Recycling. 3-You acknowledge that Red Frog Recycling's payment terms for bin collection services are 21 days from processing and your refund may be paid anytime during the 21 day period. 4-If any bin is damaged at anytime whilst in your care you will have to replace it at your cost. 5-If you to cease using the collection services of Red Frog Recycling a final collection will be made and if the bin is returned in good condition you shall receive the entire refund of containers. *
